I’m having problems with a Blu-ray Disc™ player, PlayStation®3 or Xbox 360™ player that is connected to one of the AVRs HDMI™ inputs. Any suggestions as to a first step?
Unfortunately, issues with HDMI™ connectivity can be caused by many different things. Before going further, refer to the owner’s manual for your player or game console to learn how to find out the software version of the product. Then, check the manufacturer’s web site to see whether the software installed in your unit is the most up-to-date. If a newer version is available, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions on how to download and install the update. In many cases, the new software will solve the problem. If problems persist, contact Harman Kardon® Customer Service for further assistance.
