Im having problems on the Installing WidSets page. What should I do?
If you’re registering via www.widsets.com, you’ll need to provide your mobile phone number so we can send you the client download link via SMS. Although you may have already done this, sometimes these messages are lost. If this happens: • Be patient. It could take some time for the message to reach your phone. • Make sure you’ve entered the correct phone number. You don’t necessarily need to add the country code. • Try other ways of installing the client (see the ‘Getting Started’ section). • If you try to send the text message more than five times, you’ll receive an error message telling you that you’ve exceeded the daily maximum number (5) of text messages.
