Im having problems logging in to the Refund Enrollment Link?

Enter your information in the format below: Student ID Enter your student ID with a capital S Example: S12345678 not s12345678 Last Name Enter your last name with the first letter capital and the remaining letters lowercase Example: Johnson not johnson or JOHNSON Birth Date Enter with the format 00/00/0000 Example: 01/03/1991 not 1/3/1991 or 01/03/91 To enroll, you must be a registered student. Recently enrolled students may need to wait up to 2 weeks for their information to be available in the Refund Product. If you expect a refund before that time period you may email Bursar@tri-c.edu to inquire about your direct deposit login.
