Im having problems installing the Flix Engine, what should I do?
Try the following: • Enter your name and serial number exactly as they appear in the email you received. • Make sure you’re connected to the Internet during installation. • If you’re behind a firewall, do you have permission to install software through it? The Flix Engine installer usually requires that ports 80 and 443 be available for HTTP and HTTPS POST and GET operations. • Temporarily disable anti-spyware and anti-virus software. Be aware that closing anti-virus programs doesn’t always shut them down completely. You may need to use the Windows Task Manager to turn them off. • Try installing while you have an Internet Explorer browser window open to flix.on2.com.
