Im having problems getting on to the user group. Are there any known email issues with egroups?
Sometimes the invitation we send out arrives in a minute, sometimes it takes days and occasionally it never arrives! Please let us know you haven’t received your invitation. There is one problem we have found, egroups won’t accept email addresses that start with “sales@…” or “info@…”. We don’t know why. Please use another address when you ask to join the user egroup. And please put the serial number and your full name in the email.
