Im having problems creating my account, whats going wrong?
We had some accounts that had no activity for over a year, when the new site was brought up we did not activate those accounts. If you are trying to create an account and see a message that say to contact customer service, and you had an account previously, you account was affected. If you cannot remember if you had an account and are trying to create and account and receive a message that says that the email already exist, that would mean that we have an account tired to that email. You can contact customer service and they can provide that email with a little account verification. I can’t remember my password, please help. At the top of each of our web pages is a ‘forgot password’ link. Once you click there it will ask for your email address. Use the email the account was set-up with and click ‘Go.” The system will email you a new password.
