Sonny answers: Get real. It’s easy. We even have a ‘Dumb-ass guide’. Go back to school and try again …chickenhead! Question: No seriously, I have a technical problem here. Sonny answers: To keep the purchase price as low as possible, our customer service department is ‘limited’. Technical difficulties may well be caused by hardware and software issues beyond our control. Currently our customer support only deals with problems relating to billing and delivery of Egobots products and services.
