A. Because of e-mail interfaces or other issues, some customers may have difficulty viewing the logo, and the voucher may not print properly. However, it is not necessary to print the voucher to use it. Within the voucher text, you will see a 10-character voucher number, followed by a December 31, 2001, expiration date. To redeem the voucher, inform your test provider (Prometric or VUE) that you want to use the voucher as payment for your exam at the time you register for the exam. You will need to provide the voucher number at that time, but you will not be required to produce a hard-copy voucher to redeem it.
