Im having difficulty logging on to the libraries online databases, what is wrong?
There are several things that could be wrong: • you aren’t entering your birth date correctly (there is a specific way of entering your birth date); • you are entering your social security number as your student id # (student id is no longer your social security number) • the Registrar has the wrong date of birth (check with the Registrar to correct the information); • your information has not been loaded in our validation database. I can get to the list of databases on the Libraries’ Online Research Databases, but when I try to login to one or all of the databases, they ask me for a password. What is wrong?
