Im having difficulties living without bread. What do you think about bread made of Gluten wheat flour – is that OK, as it has very little carb?
If you are having difficulties living without bread, what I would suspect is some kind of a food allergy, maybe to wheat, maybe simply to grains as a whole. Many people do suffer this. Try making your own bread with soya flour and whey and some whey protein: cup Soya flour, cup whey protein, 3 eggs, tsp baking powder, 4 tablespoons olive oil. Bake in a loaf pan 4 inches by 8 inches by 2 inches at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Simply mix together all of the ingredients and then pour into the pan. You can sprinkle some sunflower seeds on the top. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into the middle of the bread comes out clean. Serve immediately, but this will keep in your refrigerator for a few days or in the freezer for up to a month.
