No. Most providers are able to accommodate appointments unless the participant has a very limited time frame available (e.g. must see a provider today, must see a provider after 5:00 pm or during lunch hour, etc.) If you have trouble getting an appointment, call the ASEA Health Trust Administrator, at 1-866-553-8206 (toll-free). The ASEA Health Trust Administrator will contact the provider to see if they can arrange for an opening. If it is not possible to use the PPO provider within a reasonable period of time because the provider does not have appointments available, the ASEA Health Trust Administrator may provide a waiver. Waivers will not be granted for the convenience of the participant, if appointments are available within a reasonable period.
