Im have a ridiculously fast computer, why won C&C3 run faster than 30 fps?
C&C3’s frame-rate is tied to the game speed. You’ll notice that as your frames-per-second (fps) drops, the game slows down. This is contrary to the way most other games (especially First-Person-Shooters) behave. The framerate in C&C3 is capped at 30 frames per second because otherwise the game could run too fast to handle.
