Im gunna try to diet a little bit.. what meals have low calories, but are filling?
Chicken breast without the skin and a side of steamed brocilli and a little rice Chicken salad, filled with veggies… low cal. salad dressing Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with tomato, lettuce, mustard and cheese on top with a fruit on the side Tuna fish sandwich with light mayo ( no more than a tablespoon) with lettuce on top.. then a side like fruit or veggies Plain oatmeal with a fruit thats what i usually have for a meal… all under 400 cal.
