Im going to give an oral presentation on last minute study, what are the advantages & disadvantages?
That depends on what you’re studying. If you’re studying some little thing that depends on rote memorization, then yeah, late study probably is best. If you’re studying anything that requires in-depth understanding, or if you’re working on a big project with multiple steps to it, then last minute study is potentially a recipe for disaster. In general, I feel that even if you can get away with “cramming” in the short term, you don’t retain the information as well over the long run. You might get decent grades, but you won’t be as prepared to deal with future classes, or future life.
