Im going on vacation this summer. Can I stop or change my benefits for that month?
NYS-Ride has the flexibility to change your benefits from month to month, but there is some lead time required to process modifications to your account. The deadline for changes and cancellations is always by the first of the month, two months prior to the commuting month. If you are planning a July vacation and want to change your order for that month, you must change your order by May 1.
