While troubleshooting some error messages from the Elearn system, you may be asked to clear not only your browser Temporary Internet Files from the Internet Options control panel, but also the Java cache as well. To do this, go to your Start button and open Control Panel and choose Java. This will have a General tab and a Temporary Internet Files section with a Delete Files… button (perhaps within the Settings… button area). Click that button and then OK to delete the stored files. The interface is similar on the Mac OS from Applications – Utilities – Java – J2SE 5.0 – Java Preferences. Quit your browsers and then log back into the Elearn system. Some pages may load slightly slower the first time. Check to see if you are still getting errors. If so, copy the text of the error and paste it into a message to support.
