Im Getting Too Much/Too Little E-Mail From OPEN DialogueSM. How Do I Change The Volume Of E-Mail I Receive?
Members are automatically set at a medium level of e-mail volume but may control the amount of e-mail they receive. • Log in to OPEN DialogueSM. • Go to the left-hand navigation bar. • Click on “your e-mail volume” under the “Question Preferences” tab. • Choose the appropriate volume of e-mail and click the submit button. Note: This will not change your ability to receive responses to the questions you ask but only to change the amount of other members’ questions you receive in our e-mail box.
