The mandatory preference it can’t find is the Time Zone. If you manually set the time zone within the conduit, the field is blank. To correct the problem, copy timezone.ini from C:\Program Files\Oracle\Calendar Sync for Palm to C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Oracle\Calendar Sync for Palm, then sync the device.
