I’m getting the error “Error parsing no plain text found in IMAP message” what does this mean?
SmsToMailbox Pro can only parse plain text mails. However almost all clients that are sending HTML or RichText mails are adding an additional part with plain text which SmsToMailbox Pro can evaluate. If this should not apply to you and your special client is sending only HTML mails without a plain text part you need to send your SMS emails as plain text mails instead of HTML. Maybe your client also has an option to add plain text parts to HTML mails. Please check your client’s settings or contact us so we can assist you.
