Yes. Go to the Options dialog (Site Explorer mode) and make sure the Block popups checkbox is checked. I cannot see my Internet Explorer favorites in Site Explorer. Make sure the Show Internet Explorer favorites check box is turned on in the Organize Favorites dialog box in Site Explorer mode. Why aren’t the favorites I create in Site Explorer mode also shown in Internet Explorer. The Site Explorer mode favorites are created just for DownloadStudio. You need to create favorites in Internet Explorer if you want to use them in both applications.
