Im getting “ERROR:Invalid Member # or Password” when I sync. What is wrong?
You need to reset your Member # and Password for the synchronization program on your computer. Here are the steps to do this: • Run PDA setup on PC. • Click the “Setup” button. • Enter your Member # and Password and click “Connect”. This will get your Member # and Password updated on your PDA. You will need to do this whenever you change your password on the Canadian Prescriber’s Letter web site. Palm OS: You may need to delete the program from your PDA, then run Setup as described above.
