Im getting an ODBC error when I try to open SmartLaser. What is wrong?
This error is caused when your Microsoft Access driver has been modified for a different program. What this does is prevent SmartLaser from communicating with the database (Forms.mdb) that holds all of your client information and filled forms. The only way to correct this problem is to uninstall the conflicting program. You might also need to restore the Microsoft Access driver (MDAC) to your machine if the uninstall does not restore the driver for you.
