Im getting an error message saying my account is locked until a certain time. Why is this?
This normally happens when your password is entered incorrectly too many times. For security reasons, our system is set to detect repeated logon attempts. Once the time period has expired, you should be able to logon. However, the fact that it happened may indicate that you have forgotten your logon ID and/or password.
