Once numb, the dentist will either section your teeth with the drill and take them out in 2 pieces or just gently work it free with forceps. All you should feel is pressure, not pain. Sometimes there can be some cracking noises as the tooth is removed and it does sound terrible but don’t panic. It always sounds worse than what it actually is.
