Im getting a request for a group code when I try to log into my account remotely. Whats going on?

A group code should not be required. All you should ever need to know is your Unity ID and password, as well as your RefWorks account login information. If you are using Write-N-Cite in conjuction with Word, then you need to load the WNC Proxy Configuration Utility – see the answer to the next question. If this happens when you are logging into your regular RefWorks account, be sure you are accessing RefWorks through the NCSU Libraries’ web site so you are prompted to log in through our proxy server. If you are behind a firewall, see http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/computing/proxy/firewalls.html . If problems continue, contact a librarian for further assistance.
