I don’t distribute to Japan or other Far East countries (here is why). I perform this blocking based primarily on your IP address. Unfortunately one group of IP addresses was unaccounted for in the registries at IANA. To be safe I had to block all these addresses even though most of them were not in Japan. If you are getting an “invalid IP” address and you are NOT in Japan then you should feel free to contact me and I will fix it so you have access. BUT before you contact me, read this notes.
