They’ll count where and how you need them to count. Students are free to count ENGL 3098 and/or ENGL 3099 as either English or Creative Writing credits (but not both). This situation might arise with students who are able to take two fourth-year CW workshops and find themselves with extra CW credits. Note 1: You are permitted to exceed the number of required CRWR courses provided you fulfill your other degree requirements. Note 2: If you count ENGL 3099 as an English credit for that half of your degree, you cannot also count it as a CRWR credit.
