Flash is good and as you are a business men and you want to sell your products online so you need customer and most often customers come from Google or any search engines and search engines use HTML meta tags in which a user puts possible keywords for his/her site. And my point is that with Flash your website can not be search easily from google or other search engine.. Although Flash is Good, Fast, Attractive. But i suggest to you should create your website using HTML / Javascript and any serverside langugate. And use flash for displaying your products. ads and other stuff.
