Im DBE certified in my Home State. Do I need to complete a new application for Virginia?
Yes. Unfortunately, we do not have reciprocal certification with other States. You need to make a new application in each State in which you wish to work. The Virginia UCP will in the future cover certifications from DMBE (Dept. of Minority Business Enterprise) and MWAA (Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority), but it is not yet implemented.
