Stop by the Advisement Center at 11 Bowman Hall to pick up a “Change of Major Application.” Complete the form and return it, along with the additional materials requested (i.e. transcript, statement of goals, resume, degree audit and reference) on the form. In about two weeks you wil be notifiedby e-mail if you have been accepted into the Golf Enterprise Management program.
