If you are transferring to another department within the University of Michigan, you will need to speak with the administrative personnel at the new department to transfer charges for your Basic Computer Package (email, dial-in, IFS space) and any other University-wide accounts (e.g., M-Pathways and MeetingMaker) to the new department. If you are leaving the University completely, you should check with UM Online to see if you are eligible to purchase continued services.
