In general, Exchange refers to our entire e-mail and group calendaring system. Entourage and Outlook refer to the programs used by Macintosh and PC users (respectively) at Puget Sound to send and receive e-mail, manage Calendar and Contacts and more. Webmail and OWA are terms that are used interchangeably to refer the web-based e-mail option that allows you to check your Exchange account when you are off campus or away from your regular computer.
