CDs are broken down into two categories, there are the CDRs that you can buy in your local store, and there are molded CDs. All the names above refer to one or the other. The terms are as follows: Replicated = molded = long run CDs: these are the CDs you see in your music/ record store Duplicated = short run = CDRs: these are the CDs you can buy for your CD burner, Generally, if you want less than 300 CDs you will be ordering short run CDRs, and on orders greater you will be ordering molded CDs. However, all molded/ replicated CD orders under 1000 pieces will be charged a fee for glass mastering. This fee is included in all quantities over 1000, and is set by the plant, not O.A.R.
