If these features are improperly configured, however, they can present a security risk when you connect to the Internet. We recommend that you safeguard your computer with a password. Regardless of your Internet Service Provider, it is a good idea to disable file and print sharing to enable a more secure system. We also scan all incoming and outgoing emails for viruses and spam content. Most ISP’s charge for this service, we offer it for free to all Spydernet customers.
