Im an ID administrator at a university and we just joined the Federation in my country, but my school is not yet listed in the DreamSpark WAYF. What must I do to get my school in the DreamSpark WAYF?

Schools show up in DreamSpark as a function of the metadata files pushed out to us by each federation. At DreamSpark we do a metadata refresh once every day, so if your school is not listed it is simply because the current metadata file we have does not include your school. Please be patient as your school will be included after our next refresh.
