In general, choose the smallest implant volume that still gives you the visible enlargement that you want. Whenever possible, we will work with the volume which you have chosen. We want you to have your choice, but we also are obligated to counsel you regarding your choice. In some instances (for very good reasons) Dr. Erlich may suggest considering a different size.
