Im accredited by another professional body; can I get accredited by BACP?
Everyone who wants to become accredited must apply under the BACP counsellor/psychotherapist accreditation scheme, unless they are IACP accredited. We have a reciprocal agreement with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. This means that if you are accredited with IACP, you can apply for automatic accreditation with BACP and vice versa. We do not have such an agreement with any other professional body.
