Im able to access most things that require PennKey (PennInTouch, PennPortal, etc.), but cannot access some of the Library resources I need. Whats wrong?
In the fall of 2003, the Library changed its rules for granting access to many of its resources, and does not rely entirely on PennKey. If you are having trouble accessing Library resources, visit any Library Circulation Desk and consult with Library staff.
