Im a Tracker customer. What payments can I expect to be refunded?
Tracker will refund dealers the amount that has been prepaid. Simply call us at (800) 543-8085 or e-mail Belinda.Shiver@cox.com and we will refund the amount due. Dealers who paid under the licensing fee model (which has not been in place since December 1999) will only receive a refund for any prepayment of their service contract, but not for purchase of the software.
