Im a registered user now, and when I play vertical MAME games on my horizontal screen, I get a GameEx logo and a MAME logo on each side. What is this and how do I remove it?

Open up GameEx Configuration app -> Basic MAME settings -> Disable ‘Use bezel for vertical games’.
