The choice to use Uberlisting is not a choice to abandon all the other things you’re already doing. Uberlisting was designed to make it very easy for our members to refer to their existing sites from their uberlistings. Also, great effort was expended to make it simple to link to uberlistings from other sites and publications. Even more powerful and useful tools for those with their own web sites are on the proverbial drawing board or in actual development at this time. Your uberlistings will drive more traffic to your other sites. From a marketing standpoint, we also believe that there is no such thing as too much positive publicity for marketed real estate. If the property is for sale or for lease, we believe that an uberlisting is always a value add proposition.
