If you’re a new agent binding coverage with us for the first time we require a copy of your current agency license, current E&O Dec. Page and FEIN. This information can be emailed or faxed to the attention of June Montague @ jmontague@cluettinsurance.com or Faxed to (781) 582-3910. Cluett does not require any premium or volume commitments from agents.
