There are a few different ways you can change your payment information for your monthly donations: • Call our 24-hour pledge center at 888.376.9692, and let them know you need to adjust your monthly donation. Be sure to give the call representative your membership ID number. • If you are a sustaining member, you can make a new sustaining pledge using our web form. This will automatically replace the monthly donation that already exists in our records. If you have a new address or any changes to your account information, you could enter this in the comments field of that new pledge and we’ll change it for you.
