I’m a merit employee, but not a member of the union. Can I use the Ombuds Office?

Any merit employee whose employment is governed by the Board of Regents Merit Rules and the AFSME contract can’t use the Ombuds Office, but they can consult with his or her Union Local representatives for assistance or advice about conflict resolution. Human Resource Services or the Ombuds Office will be happy to help you identify who that person is.
