Im a graduate student, can I register to become a test examiner?
No. The American Psychological Association (1985, Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing) specifically states that those clinicians participating in standardized testing must hold the highest clinical degree in the specific field of the standardized test. Our tests are primarily for speech-language pathologists, which means testers must hold a Master’s degree or higher in that field.
