Yes, many of the recruiters will work with new grads, ESPECIALLY FRESH MBA’s, however your results will not be as strong as someone with 3 years work experience. However if your new degree is technology-related, the shortage of people is so intense in anything having to do with technology that many recruiters will exchange your lack of actual work experience for your degree.
