If you are a contractor or subcontractor with a federal contract of more than $25,000 you must file a VETS-100 form with VETS every year you have such a contract. If you are a contractor or subcontractor with a federal contract of more than $25,000 you must file a VETS-100 form with VETS every year you have such a contract.
