Yes; however, once you achieve Preferred status (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Chairman’s Preferred) the first and second checked bag fees will be waived.

Yes; however, when you have Gold, Platinum or Chairman’s Preferred status the first and second checked bag fees will be waived. Silver Preferred members are exempt from 1st checked bag fees only.
