The Planning Motion approving your project spells out (or will spell out) what these requirements are. Prior to project approval, the staff of the Planning Department may consult with MOH to develop recommendations to Planning Commission. If your project is not yet approved, contact the planner to discuss what these requirements will be. If your project has been approved, MOH staff will meet with you to review marketing and in lieu requirements and how to comply. To schedule a meeting, contact the Inclusionary Housing Program Manager at (415) 701-5500.
