I’m a current XM subscriber and the MiRGE vehicle dock looks just like the one for my Xpress Radio. Do I have to reinstall everything in my car, or can I use my current vehicle kit?

I’m a current XM subscriber and the MiRGE vehicle dock looks just like the one for my Xpress Radio. Do I have to reinstall everything in my car, or can I use my current vehicle kit?

The MiRGE radio is a unique blend of both SIRIUS and XM technology. Because the connector on the MiRGE radio is the same as the connector on any of the Xpress Family of Radios, you can use your existing Xpress radio vehicle dock, power adapter, connection option and mount; however, you must replace your XM Vehicle Antenna with the SIRIUS XM Interoperable Vehicle Antenna that came with the MiRGE . Failure to do so will prevent your radio from functioning properly. You will also want to use the SIRIUS XM Remote Control included with the MiRGE .
